피처링은 래퍼 [[드레이크]]가 맡았다. 이름만 들어도 엄청난 것을 알 수 있듯 빌보드 9위로 데뷔, 그 다음주에는 7위로 순위가 올랐고 다음주에는 4위에 올랐다. 이로서 역대 빌보드 핫 100 TOP 5 히트곡이 많은 가수 6위에 등극했다. 그리고 3월 5일자 빌보드 핫 100에서 결국엔 1위를 달성했다. 

여기서 눈여겨볼 점은 4집 발매 당시 싱글들이 줄기차게 망했다가 킬링트랙 '[[Rude Boy]]'로 이전의 부진을 완전히 만회한 것과 비슷한 행보를 보여주고 있는 것. [* 그러나 Work는 Rude Boy보다 훨씬 흥했다. Rude Boy는 높은 에어플레이와 1위 기간에 비해 낮은 판매량을 기록했지만 Work는 압도적인 스트리밍과 준수한 음원판매량을 기록했다.]
